It should be noted that the bids submitted are legally binding and with the confirmation of the bids the auction conditions have been accepted. After payment of the auction invoice, buyers will receive a collection authorization, which entitles them to collect the auctioned items. The timely collection of the items is a main contractual obligation of the buyer.
The sale of your used machines and equipment takes place with us in a procedure that has already proven itself many times. You benefit from our flexible, discreet and efficient service. Registration on our auction platform is completely free of charge. Only when you win the bid for items of our auction house, costs arise for the auctioned items.
After winning the bid, you will receive the invoice for your auctioned items by e-mail. Invoices are always sent to the data you have provided. Subsequent invoice corrections will be charged at a flat rate of 25.00 EUR net. As soon as we have booked an incoming payment, you will receive a pick-up authorization with the required information such as contact person, exact location and pick-up times.
