Sightseeing: As a matter of principle, we recommend that you inspect the individual items at the site before bidding in order to avoid possible discrepancies.
Location: We explicitly point out that the dismantling, loading and removal of the items is exclusively your responsibility as buyer. Please make sure to have the appropriate equipment such as tools, lifting devices and means of transport available. Please also get an impression of the conditions at the various locations before picking up the items. You should pay attention to the way in which removal is possible. The planning and execution is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Collection conditions: Punctual collection of the items on the specified collection dates and times is a primary contractual obligation of the buyer. The collection can only take place after full payment has been received. The costs incurred if the items are not collected on time are the responsibility of the buyer. If no pick-up dates are specified, pick-up will only take place after prior appointment by telephone.
Payment information: The invoice amount is to be paid immediately after receipt of the invoice by bank transfer. Cash payments on site are not possible!
Value added tax - Please note: Sales to entrepreneurs based in other EU member states are only possible without VAT if the entrepreneur submits his VAT identification number in an officially certified form, as well as proof of movement together with a copy of an official identification document of the legal representative of the entrepreneur (confirmation of receipt). The entrepreneur must present these documents no later than ten days after invoicing.
Entrepreneurs based outside the EU must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price when purchasing. The deposit will be refunded to the entrepreneur upon presentation of the correct export documents.
Purchase price and premium: The purchase price of the goods consists of the highest bid plus VAT at 16 % plus a premium of 18 % (unless another premium is announced in individual cases) plus VAT at 16 %.
