Invoices are always sent to the address provided during registration. To speed up the purchasing process and avoid postal delays, we send invoices electronically. In Germany, electronically transmitted invoices are recognised as original invoices for tax purposes. Subsequent invoice corrections will be invoiced to the customer at €25.00 net.
If the delivery is a tax-free intra-Community delivery in accordance with Art. 138 Para. 1 of Directive 2006/112/EC or in accordance with § 4 No. 1b in conjunction with § 6a UStG. § 6a UStG, EU foreigners must make a security deposit in the amount of the applicable German VAT (19%) until the completed entry certificate is returned. This deposit is also required for customers from non-EU countries and will be refunded once the export documents have been submitted.
